Terms of service

These terms govern access to the SteadySolo beta service operated by OpenBot Solutions. By creating a business account, accepting an invitation, or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice. If you use SteadySolo for a business, you confirm that you can bind that business.

The beta service

SteadySolo provides client organization, scheduling, reminders, follow-up tools, calendar connections, and invited-client booking and portal features. Beta features may change, contain errors, or be interrupted. Founding-pilot access is free during the agreed pilot period. No paid subscription begins without separate notice and affirmative agreement.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information, protect account and device access, and notify us about suspected compromise. You may not misuse the service, probe another workspace, upload unlawful or malicious content, spam clients, misrepresent consent, interfere with security controls, or use SteadySolo to violate privacy, communications, professional, or consumer-protection laws.

Client information and communications

Business users are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect client information and for recording channel-specific consent before outreach. Appointment and service messages must remain accurate and appropriate. A client opt-out or suppression must not be overridden without valid authorization. Business users decide what content is explicitly shared with a client and should keep private professional material private.

Professional responsibility

SteadySolo does not provide medical, legal, financial, clinical, or emergency advice and does not replace professional judgment or required records. The beta is not represented as an electronic health record or as compliant with a particular regulated-health framework. You are responsible for determining whether the service is appropriate for your profession and jurisdiction.

Third-party services

Some features depend on third parties such as Supabase, Cloudflare, Resend, Expo, Google, device calendar providers, and optional SMS providers. Their availability and separate terms may affect the service. You authorize the connections you choose and may disconnect optional integrations.

Your content and feedback

You retain rights in content you lawfully submit and grant us permission to process it only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You confirm that you have authority to provide it. Feedback may be used to improve SteadySolo without an obligation to compensate you, but we will not publish identifiable client information as feedback.

Availability, suspension, and termination

We work to operate the service reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may limit or suspend access to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or prevent harm. You may stop using the beta and request account deletion, subject to legitimate retention obligations and backup cycles.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The beta is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for verifying appointments, exports, messages, and calendar synchronization before relying on them. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product and commercial plans develop. Material changes will be presented through the service or by email before they take effect where required. Questions or notices may be sent to support@steadysolo.com.
